- Organization and time management - Including assignment and grade tracking, organization of papers and binders, study planning, goal setting
- Note-taking – This covers everything from becoming a better listener, following directions, how to better manage and present information, and practical note taking
- Reading and studying – Including how to use notes effectively, handling textbooks, researching and writing reports and learning-specific study techniques
- Test-taking strategies - Including how to approach multiple choice and essay tests and how to overcome test taking anxiety
